Acceptable Stay Near the Station
train station coffee machine friendly staff false alarm minimal dining no apologies
The location is near the main train station. The staff at reception seemed friendly. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room. I found supermarkets and restaurants close by.
The fire alarm startled me one morning. It turned out to be a false alarm. I did not receive apologies from the hotel. Dining service options were minimal, with only three choices.

Really good stay!
superb location complimentary bike welcome treat
The location is superb, a brief walk from the train station. Complimentary bike hire was available, a excellent bonus. The staff facilitated our canal journey, and the social hour in the hotel bar was a welcome treat (a good surprise!).
The room had damaged walls and showed some wear, it made me feel less cozy.

The front desk staff proved helpful on many occasions. They were genuinely cute, courteous, and professional in their interactions. This level of service really enhanced the overall experience.

late cleaning missing towel
Our room was not cleaned until late each day. On one occasion, my hair towel disappeared with the other towels and was never replaced. I found this VERY inconvenient.

central location many choices comfortable space
the hotel is conveniently located near the central station it's a short walk i found this very useful. the breakfast had many choices it was quite comprehensive. there are social sitting spaces throughout the hotel i found them comfortable and accessible.
i noticed the room wasn't cleaned until late in the afternoon.

Excellent Experience
convenient location maintained lobby helpful luggage storage
The location was convenient. I found the lobby to be well kept, from the room I visited the restaurant. The hotel even thoughtfully kept luggage until check-in was available (a real lifesaver).
